Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Thames & Red website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

Product Information

We make every effort to display our products accurately and to provide complete product information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed. Payment must be received before your order is dispatched. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, which accepts major debit and credit cards, and Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices.

Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for detailed information. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please refer to our Shipping & Returns policy for information on returns, exchanges, and refunds. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel, email hello@thamesandred.com with your order number, or send us any clear statement saying you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods, unused and in their original condition, and we will refund you, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving them back. Our Shipping & Returns page also offers a longer 30-day returns window, which is in addition to these rights and does not affect them.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Thames & Red or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
